Abstract: 

DTF3.4 describes use cases, mechanisms, enablers and data models for the management of the Residential Gateway (RGW) and other Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) inside the Home Network (HN) in a multi-provider scenario.

As main topics, different models for device/service and QoS management are specified, multi-ACS solutions are defined, trustworthiness of the RGW is assessed, a local backup and restore mechanism is elaborated, and required extensions to the TR-098 data model are described.
