Abstract: The Deliverable depicts the MUSE LQ&M Tool, its database and its main measurement tools. Experimental data recorded in order to verify and validate the MUSE LQ&M Tool is presented together with the analysis performed by the MUSE LQ&M Tool itself. Those results highlight among other aspects that different ADSL DSLAMs-CPE combinations measure identical physical quantities and report different values. A summary of the present status of the MUSE LQ&M Tool and the planned new features to be developed throughout the MUSE II project are also included.
