Abstract: This deliverable describes a solution proposal of network and service management for carrier-grade Ethernet access network to support triple-play services. It details important issues for service provisioning such as service definition, self-provisioning, resource management, network control and interface design. It also specifies core functionalities of the proposed architecture, divided into service delivery and service assurance.
