Abstract: Network architecture solutions and specifications for multi-service, multi-provider packet-based access and aggregation networks. The deliverable describes generic aspects for such networks (business roles, QoS, authentication, multicasting), compares specific network models (at layer-2 and layer-3), introduces nomadism considerations, and introduces a distribution of services enablers.
